I know what you’re thinking… no, I don’t look like that anymore. Now I'm a junior copywriter approaching graduation, excited to begin the next step.
There’s one thing that I will always carry with me, and that’s a smile and an attempt to make you laugh. Put me in a tense room and you’ll see the tension melt away… well that’s the goal anyway.
I believe the same applies to creativity. Approaching every project with a smile has always yielded the best results.
When I’m not obsessing over the Pittsburgh Steeler’s upcoming season, collecting cards from the newest Pokémon sets, skating with friends, or diving into one of the latest videogames, I’m writing. Since my debut as a writer in second grade, when my story about a tiger running through the jungle was used as an example for the third-grade class (a humbling early brush with literary fame), storytelling has stayed with me. Little did I know, that story would inspire me to write everything, from short stories, to poems, to my recent induction into sigma tau delta, the National English Honors Society. Through thick and thin, writing has always been a passion
Let’s make something that everyone can be passionate about.
